No Sound after working for weeks

Hello, I'm wondering why i can not get any sound from my headphones (no monitors yet) even though everything worked fine last week.Soundcard is working, but i can't hear anything through phones. I had sorta forgotten this but IIRC Cakewalk hired Benstat about a year or so ago. patches change but banks do not

OK i had to buiild my own instrument definition for my Yamaha MO6 and it works beautifully but now i also have a MOX 6 which uses the Motif XS instrument definition but i am having trouble getting Sonar 8.5 to change banks.
