Could somebody kindly describe what you use keyswitch for and how you use it? and when you use it? Bounce to track-volume SIGNIFICATLY lower than set

I know this has been covered before-I searched the forums but could find it. I use preset-"What you hear" select entire mix And it is does not render a file with the same volume as my mix. Does it attenuate the overall volume for some reason. I have tried EVERY possible option-no love..

I'm using Line 6 Monkey as my midi - keyboard. I'm going through Tutorial 2 and I'm creating a new project.
