How do you sync files on multiple HD's

Hi, I've looked around and can't seem to find anything on this. I am trying to sync a session project file to multiple USB back up drives. So the same file on three drives. Record Latency Adjustment (samples) setting in X2

I understand this setting adjusts newly overdubbed tracks back a certain amount in ms to keep them in time with previously recorded tracks (due to audio interface latency) But what happens with wav files that I import into Sonar if this setting is on?
