Permanently disable "Smart Grid" in snap settings?

I know how to disable "Smart Grid" in the snap settings, but it seems to switch itself back on after I have turned snap off-and-on again (or close/open a project). I'd like to disable it and leave it disabled until I specifically request that it be enabled. Seems like this should be possible...in th..

Why can't I move the Navigator to my second monitor? Why can't I change colors of my markers? It would be so nice if I could color the markers like you can color the tracks.This way markers relating to certain parts of the song or instruments could be found really fast. (Sonar X1)..

help using Stylus RMX with SonarX2 (multiple tracks with fx)
