Stereo and mono testing at master bus

Why is it when i set master bus to mono the volume meter gets louder?..

Shortcut for ai control panel(solved)

Is there a shortcut going to control panel to set audio buffer size? When i record i set it to 1 for least latency and when tracking i set it to ten. It takes 4 mouse clicks(selections) to open ai(audio interface) control panel. Thanks!..

Any interesting midi plugins out there (like Arpeggiator for example) ?

I find the Arpeggiator in my 6XL useful sometimes in creating an interesting base line, and producing some interesting drum patterns for example. I wonder if there are any (hopefully freeware) similar midi plugins that simply can make your tracks a wee bit more interesting?..
