Exporting MIDI created in V-Vocal

Hey everyone, Used V-vocal to create a MIDI track. How do I export/use that MIDI track as .mid file in other applications? When I try File/Export MIDI it appears that I can only export a MIDI groove clip. Don't see anything in the manual about creating a MIDI groove clip. Help please! Larry Wilson..

Beats Audio

Possible to arm tracks for record exclusively, i.e. one click switch to different track?

I vaguely remember something like this being possible, but I just read through the online help and I couldn't find it. Is it possible to configure SONAR so that when I click on the RECORD-ENABLE button on a track, it is considered exclusive and de-selects any previously enabled track? Kind of a one-..

Sonar and Skype

I am trying to get Sonar and Skype to play nice together but no love so far. Skype steals the ASIO drivers each time it opens from Sonar. I am using a Presonus 44 VSL if that helps...
