sequence (order) of effects

I presume the sequence of fx in the fx bin mirrors the order that they show in the bin. In other words, if I have reverb and then eq, then the signal will get reverb first and then eq. Is my presumption correct? What about Pro Channel fx? Is the sequence of the fx the same as they appear (top to bot..

How to nudge a clip

I was watching a ProTools video and they have the ability to nudge a clip a certain number of samples. They could set the number of samples to nudge by and then just slightly move the clip around until it felt right. Is there a way to do that in X1? Dragging it with the mouse is too haphazard for me..
