Customize Mouse Scroll Wheel

I've been looking through the docs and if there's an answer, I can't find it. Is it possible to customize the mouse scroll wheel to perform other functions than the default scroll and zoom? I would like to be able to access the "+" and "-" zoom functions from the wheel. Thanks!..

Project out of time with Sonar???

Hi Guys I have recently upgraded from MC6 to Sonar X2. I have opened up a file i was workin on in MC6 into sonar. It opened no problem. Problem is the file seems to be slightly out of time in sonar. not matching the metronome and not alligned to each bar. ??? i know you may think it might be as easy..
