CCC Down at mo - "No connection available" .. Good time to test your license still works?

Hi Guys, Saw it over at the facebook group Cakewalk Sonar User Group (CSUG) .. tried it ( IRELAND ) and am getting the "No connection available" error when CCC is loaded. I wonder are we about to get the 11/2017 update or other goodies & its down as this is prepped? :D..

Is there a viable replacement for the Concrete Limiter?

I have come to depend heavily on the Concrete Limiter. I just love what it does to sound of things when hitting 2 to 4 db gain reduction on peaks.
