Adding a drum crash cymbal in piano roll?

So, I have a drum sequence that I like. Created it in SD, have in a track in Sonar. At the end of one of the clips, before it moves onto the next drum clip, I wanted to add a crash in the piano roll. I was able to do it, but the volume is really low in comparison to the other drums. What setting on ..

I reinstalled(a newer cakewalk) but "waves plugins' arent showing...

I reinstalled(a newer cakewalk) but "waves plugins' arernt in the list of plugins. Waves is absent.. HOWEVER, they are working... I still see their names listed on each track and I HEAR them working too . I just cant access them from a list anymore. Its weird that they work but arent listed. Any way..

Workaround for latency tip...

Thought I would share what I do to workaround latency in that it might help someone else's workflow. I export a WAV of the entire mix that I want to add something to and start a new project with that backing track. When I get done with what I want I just export a WAV of the performance into the orig..

Is it just me, or is the way Sonar lists track sends completely sloppy and unhelpful?

Case in point: I wanted to set up a kick/bass sidechain, so I insert the compressor on the bass track and sidechain enable it. Then I go to the kick track to route the send. Only I'm looking up and down the list of send possibilities and can't find anything that says "Bass" (the name of the track) o..
