Exporting issues in Sonar Professional lately

I've been trying all night to export a project via WAV and/or MP3. Regardless if all or no tracks are selected, it exports track 1 only, without effects. Sonar X2 says it is "adding device" but it's not in menu -

I am trying a rca to usb cable device and my computer adds it no problem but sonar sees it but will not add it to the device menu. I try to make an orchestra template with ewql play. I Know how to make drummap for keyswitching. Is it possible to make the ksw drummap and the instrument midi in one midi track? Or must i make seperate tracks. Sonar platinum 2017.03..
