is there a way to edit the preference menu (for starting new projects)

Confused about snap to landmarks

I'm trying to find the quick way to snap the now time to the beginning and end of a clip. If I enable snap then it always snaps to the grid, not to the landmark. Not sure how to get Sonar to just snap to a landmark. Or alternatively is there a key command for "go to beginning of clip"? And overall, ..

Can't nudge an entire track to the left (but to the right works fine)

Can someone confirm this is a bug? If I select all clips in a track by clicking on the track number, I can successfully nudge all of those clips to the right simultaneously. Moving and entire Envelope

hop-along now line

This is annoying ...most times the now line runs smoothly across the sequence but on occasions it sort of sticks and hops ...the sequence plays fine but I have to reboot....anyone similar with solution? Sonar 7 producer ....windows xp..
