Sonar 32 bit on a 64 bit machine?

A looming question in my mind.... If I'm useing the 32 bit version on my Windows 7 64bit (8 gig ram) do I still have access to all the memory?..

Now Time cursor moving too fast

When I play back a project the Now Time cursor moves twice as fast as it should and continues way off the end of the last clip while the playback is still playing. MIDI instrument defintion for my Yamaha keyboard is not saved between sessions
