Just moved up to X2 Prod. from Sonar 5. How in the freaking world...

...do I get the effects bin back onto the track view? Or the pan control for that matter? I swear I'm just not seeing it yet. I can turn it on in the console view, but not on the tracks, where I like it. Bit of a learning curve going up 5 or 6 versions. Ugh. Help please! Thanks!..

how to clean up the Audio folder? How do I know there are no unused wave files floating around?how to avoid duplicates? Say I load the same wave file in 2 different sonar files where the sonar files share the same Audio folder, will that give me duplicate's?..
