Is there a midi equivalent of audiosnap's "split beats into clips" feature?

Let's say I take a part played on the chimes. If I select an audio clip I am able to bring up its transient points, bring up the audiosnap window, select "Audiosnap beats into clips", and the clip is cut up into many smaller clips, each containing one hit, with the cuts at the transients/hits. Please QuickTime video export or "replace audio in video file" option on 64 bit.

I know Apple doesn't release 64 bit Windows QT library yet but i think CW should start to find another way to handle QT formats in 64 bit version. Hopefully we can play QT videos (with small issues) after installing k-lite codec packs but there is no way to export them. Yes i know, i can use another..

changing clip start points - paste not working for values
