Dumb function

Man, this function in Sonar makes me crazy... I just needed to erase a couple of files in a very simple project... So, I hit clean audio folder, under utilities menu, and again I got amazed by a very. veeeeeeeery, stupid function... Even pointing to the project's folder, Sonar searches all my drives..

Fastest way to check all clips' exact starting positions?

When I compose a track I record lots of short MIDI clips and move them around, by linking them if necessary, before finally merging them into a single clip. Problem with Cakewalk and Tascam US-1800

Can anybody help me out here? When I record with the Tascam US-1800 interface and Cakewalk my tracks are all out of sync for some reason.I have set up the audio profile and interface correctly with WDM as the Tascam requires but with no luck.I did contact Tascam but of course they tried to steer me ..

Looping causes synch issues if gain is changed

I found a werid bug today in X2a. Usually I use the volume silder to change volume, but came across wanting to change the gain before the fx bin on a snare sub out from geist. As soon as I changed the gain a little the snare track got more and more out of sync with each pass. I changed the gain back..

Anyone use a 7, 9 or 10" tablet to mirror control of your DAW?

If so, do you use a HDMI cable, Splashtop, Bluetooth, log me in or some other means?...I like the idea of mounting a 10" tablet on the edge of my desk and bringing up the console view or other views for up close input control..........
