sonar x1 studio - no sound

I realise that sonar was made deliberately difficult to keep dabblers out...but no sound? e.g. why does this forum not allow one to simply attach an image from the computer? most other forums do - it keep the dabblers out - the sound card on the laptop works. ONLY sonar cannot seem to find it. i am ..

TEMPLATE ISSUES

Hi guys, I have just received SONAR X2 Producer and got a problem with templates. Basicaly, when opening SONAR ->create new project got no templates in a window to choose from...I understand I should be able to see them all over there. Converting a Stereo Track to 2 separate Mono tracks.

I have a need to take stereo track and converting it into separate 2 mono tracks. I know how to take a stereo track and convert it to a mono track, thats 1 click (easy). Solved!! not really, but found a wrok around!exporting video, having trouble syncing audio

took a video of the singer tracking the tune with my iPhone. Converted filel to wmv file and imported into sonar. Also did a mix of the song tracked and imported. I synced up the audio from the video and the mix. trouble is, when I export to an avi file, the audio and the video are way out of sync. ..

Sorry to be so basic. I have used VST synths and effects often. MY B4 II progrqam from Native Instruemnts will only load the dxi version. How do I emply DXI synths. Are there DXI to VST converters?..
