Problem with console view/pro channel SOLVED

Hi, Not sure if this is a genuine error, meant to be like this or my stupidity??? AM sorting through my screensets and everytime I go into console view and open a pro channel thingy, it always cuts off the top, even when I scroll to the very top. I have a picture on Word but can't figure out how to ..

Bounce to Track Question

What is the difference between selecting "Entire Mix" or "Main Outputs" when bouncing to a track? I have always thought they were the same thing, but that isn't the case is it?..

Playing Sonar 7 Producer creations in X2 - midi samples don't match up!

I created a bunch of masterpieces (in my mind) in Sonar Producer 7 using ONLY the stock synth sounds (RXP, Roland Groovesynth, etc) and X2 says it doesn't have them. Is there a way to import these old synth sounds into X2? I didn't freeze them or make them audio tracks so they are still midi. Thanks..
