Is it possible to color coordinate things?

Hi all... Was wondering if you can change track strip colors so you can coordinate like tracks. Say, if you have a drum folder with drum tracks in it, is there a way to make the actual strips themselves have a different background color? I know you can make the track itself have different background..

Strange flickering of clip when moving it

Sometimes when I move a clip, the waveform inside seems to flicker or jump left/right, making it impossible to line up the waveform with another one that overlaps. Does anybody else see this, and are there any workarounds? I saw this behaviour a lot with my old graphics card, and have since purchase..

CD and MP3

I know that Sonar offers some kind of CD option. I saw it before, and it was some what primitive. Then there was some software from Cake on the Cakewalk website about converting to MP3s. I had Nero 9 on my old system, do not want to install it on Win 8. I am looking at Nero 12 now but it has bad rev..

Out of the game for a while...noise floor in the old tracking room was -30db, which sucked the oxygen and energy out of everything, so I hung it up till an ex found a stellar axe for my birthday...which started a 17 month upgrade that hung up just before Christmas when I failed to tame 22 snakes com..

One MIDI track to control several soft synths? (One to Many)

Is it possible to have a single MIDI track outputting, say, on MIDI channel 1, sending the same data to several soft synths (each having its own track folder) all at once, in a "one to many" mode? I need to compare the output of different synths to the same MIDI data (using the SOLO function) and I ..

Export volume

Having problems with low volume when exporting to stereo.At the export page the settings are Source Catagory is set to entire mix, Channel format set to stereo, sample rate is 44100, bit depth is 16, dithering is set to pow-r 3. No preset selected ... Need help..

Multiple folder-levels ... or is there another way?

I'd like to see multiple levels of folders in Sonar, aside from the organizational aspect of it. Missing Inputs after upgrade

Hello, I have encountered another problem after my upgrade to Sonar 7. I used to be able to record off of the motherboard audio bus, but the input is missing now since I installed S7. Why did this happen? Not sure what info to give other than my system specs. Dell Studio Laptop with Dual-Core Pentiu..
