sonar wont recognize addictive drums?

hi im new to x1 but gettin there.. i have installed addictive drums but when i go into plug in manager and scan for vsts it doesnt come up.. what am i doin wrong please? cheers..

Problems with Screensets

So it seems I can never quite get the hang of screensets: I tried to create a screenset that shows the console view with my mastering plugins (assigned to number 2) but everytime I recall it only the plugins show, but not the console. What plugins came with what version of SONAR?

I'm doing a DAW rebuild and wondering if there's a simple chart of what new instruments and plugins were attached with which version of SONAR. that way I could just load up the ones I need for projects...

missing templates

hi everyone, i did something dumb. i tried to make things a bit less cluttered. what i did was remove all the templates from the new project list except the template that i made. what i'm looking for is a mastering template, i'm not sure there even was one in X2 i do remember there was 2 in sonar 6...

64-Bit Question

Hey Folks-- I started using the 64-bit version of Sonar 8.3 and when I mixdown or export audio, the file says the bit-depth is 64-bits. My audio card only goes to 24-bits, so how does that work? I have to dither it to 32 or 24 just for my mastering program to be able to open the file, but I just can..

I am having trouble with sonar lately. im able to import a wav file and everything but the sound sounds like its distorted alost like a blown speaker type pop. I can hear everything just fine, but that's definitely an issue. is there a place to go to see how to fix this and maybe edit the audio and ..

Change default version of Sonar in Windows 7

I have an expired trial copy of X2 installed and I am keeping it installed for reasons explained in this earlier thread.
