Midi Latency

Okay, I'm already to pack my studio up because of Latency issues. Bounce to tracks and audiosnap

Can I assume that bouncing tracks that have been tweaked with audiosnap will always include those changes? Manual doesn't speak to it directly and it is not obvious to me that the tick boxes for track or clip automation affects that. thanks, Steve..

How Do I Roll Back to X2 from X2a?

Hi all, Since installing X2a, I am finding that my Win7 32bit- 4GB system is really being taxed and I'm having droputs and audio engine stalls/lockups a lot, along with white-outs. freezing loses FX?

It appears that freezing a track does not include the FX? EG the compression and VX64 both went gray and do not seem to be working on playback? I am having dropouts during editing and playback and thought I'd freeze trax to help take a load off, but have not done this before. Anything else to cons..

Why does my media player not suffer from audio drops and stops

My Media Player or any other average program cranking out audio never suffers from audio stops and drops. So why do I have this problem with Sonar (7 in my case)? The audio stopped indicator at the bottom of the windows pops up too may times. Can't I configure Sonar to send audio out in the same way..

I'm wondering how/if Roland is going to integrate the new Integra-7 with Sonar...

http://www.roland.com/synth/integra/ I've been eying a few new sound modules/synths lately. I'm wondering if Roland will have tight integration between the Integra-7 and Sonar, much like Yamaha and Steinberg do. Thoughts?..

Recovering Lost recordings??

Hello! There i was. proudly listening to my music I recorded...4 hours of hard work. when suddenly SONAR crashed...and closed out...and i had not saved my progress in the song once...Of course this was my mistake...but i was wondering, Is there ANY possible was to recover the lost recording?? :/ IF ..

X2a 64bit and 32 bit plugin GUI issues. - Nevermind, I fixed it.

Hi, I am playing around in X2a 64bit in Windows 7 x64. I can load any of the Kjarhus Classic series 32 bit plugs and have their GUI's show up --- once. After the plug is closed and an attempt is made to restore the plug's gui via a double-click, It does not show it's GUI. Is this a known issue? ****..

hard drive runs constantly

Hello, I recorded several short projects each consisting of two audio tracks over the weekend. I noticed the hard drive(s) running almost non-stop during each session. The drives stopped when I closed Sonar. Are there config settings I should be looking at? Or would this be considered normal? Thanks..
