how does one go about uninstalling and reinstalling x1

I think my original download files must have been corrupted using IE. I just got a new I7 laptop and I am redownloading it all over again. I have windows 8 and production suite with z3ta expanded and the pc4k gate and compressor..

Sonar X1 MIDI synced as slave - will not loop

I have Sonar X1 clock synced as MIDI slave. After hitting play on the external controller, it starts fine. But the problem is that it bypasses the clip(s) I have set to loop. How do I get Sonar to loop the selected clip(s) when it's in midi sync slave mode? Any help is much appreciated...
