Support for Sonar 8.5 Dropped!

As a user of Sonar Producer 8.5, I was horrified to see that the option of logging a call with Cakewalk support for any issues with 8.5 has now been removed and in fact, you can't log a call anymore! Disturbing Error When Closing a Project

Ok, so once in a while when I close a project but I do not exit Sonar, I get a very disturbing error: The project looks like it isn't closing and "Sample Rate Conversion" flashes a number of times rapidly in the Transport display then I get a "runtime error" and Sonar crashes.
