Is there any way to setup a keybinding for....

Can anyone advise if there is a way to keybind to a specific process effects tool found when right-clicking a track? I want to bind to : (right click) Process Effect > Midi Effects > Cakewalk FX > Velocity I use this quite often and it can be a bit of a pain to go through 5 clicks to get to the effe..

X1d update..now nothing but crashes
