Creating drum parts question

So, I've accepted that I will have to use an outside notation program and I'd like to know how to write drum parts in Sibelius 7 and then use that notation in Sonar. I'm not sure how to go about doing this. I HAVE gotten Sibelius to recognize Session Drummer 3, so that's cool. Once I notate the part..

Not lock cursor to measure

Sorry if this is answered in another post, but I can't find one with my first few searches. Currently when I try to put the cursor on a spot between measures, it automatically jumps to the nearest measure. How do I disable this behavior, so that I can put the cursor on any point in time? Thanks..

64 bit can be done but to what advantage?
