Opening project - locate vst

After updating plugs (name changes, etc), sometimes sonar will give us the "can't locate vst" and you have a dropbox for a replacement plugin to pick from. I'm wondering why sonar doesn't remember my replacement choice (should I pick one) when I save the project. The only way I've seen to make this ..

Playlist is BROKEN!!!

Sliding clip, truncates adjacent one

I have an audio clip that is 1 minute long At the end of that clip, I paste another clip at the 1:10 mark Then I slide the 2nd clip from 1:10 to 1:05 The first clip truncates in to 0:54 I can then go back and drag the end of clip 1 back out but I dont want the dragging of one clip to affect the leng..

I have a akai MPK mini with one out, a usb to the computer. There is no midi out. I have a2i2 focusrite usb soundcard, no midi in or out on it. I have a huge problem: I don't know how to use the thing LOL. I do not have a manual cuz I'm using the trial. How do I get sounds?? X2 Trial Audiobox1818 Compatibility

Hi, I'm trying to get Presonus Audiobox VSL to work in Sonar. I have Sonar 8.5 and can only record 16 bit. It seems there will never be an update for notation so just stop adding it in there. Maybe reverse psychology will work?..
