Insert loops - and it always goes 800 measures to the right???

I am inserting some WAV loops into Sonar from a certain collection. Everytime I insert a loop - it inserts is at about measure 876 etc. WTF? Why on Earth would it do this? Is it the WAV loop or something else?..
