Please help a noob in need

Is there a/some GOOD, EASY TO UNDERSTAND, Not-made-by-some-kid BEGINNER (and i mean right from the start, at what a DAW is) video that I can watch for free? I know theres Complete SonarX2 but i cant pay for it :P (im only a teen so parents..yea) I really likethe way SONAR looks, i would go with FL s..

Recording live drums

Hope I'm in the right spot... LE 8.5 - I'm a noob. I want to record live acoustic drums. I'm using an Allen & Heath ZED-22 hooked to a laptop. I've got nine mics running thru the board, 6 for the drums, 3 for cymbals. I don't understand what I'm supposed to use for each input as my only choices ..

Loading Superior Drummer from Drumagog 5

When I try using Superior 2.2 from Drumagog 5 I locate the Superior Drummer DLL to the point where Drumagog lets me select Superior Drummer, at which point I get the following message: "this plugin in not a virtual instrument. Drumagog only supports virtual instrument plugins". What's up with that? ..

bounce to tracks is out of sync sounding...

how bout this little issue i am having. when i get my 45 tracks where i want em, with 21 waves and pro-channel and what ever else you can think of all over my mix and all over the 20 buses, when i click track/bounce to tracks. no matter how i set up that puppy, i always get some discombobulated out ..

I have been trying to use the X2's browser's midi drum pattern (session drummer mid loop) to play my FX giest, NI modern drummer and a Korg Krome (external hardware). I know how to insert a midi track and use drummap manager to change the drum note in order to match the notes of each vst or external..

Sonar X2a loses soundcard after sleep or hibernate

I have a strange problem. I can record stuff off the net no problem using X2a going through my Soundblaster X-Fi Titanium HD soundcard by way of the What You Hear port. Audio Preview Bus problem

Hi, I have a problem in choosing an audio preview bus: I created a new bus in which I want to preview audio (samples). I select that bus in the media menu as the preview bus. But the previewed audio always plays thru my master bus. I select any other bus as the preview bus, but the preview only play..
