Using ACT with Z3TA+2 to move to next bank

Can't figure out how to program my Cakewalk A-Pro 100 to move Zeta to the next program or bank. I enable ACT in controller properties and then click the ACT button in Zeta and hit pad 1 on my A-Pro and I make sure pads are set to act as buttons. I then click ACT in Zeta again but I don't get the mes..
