Frozen windows installer

After doing a recent update for windows 10 I went to start Sonar and a “Windows Installer” screen popped up. I let it run, but it’s now been running for hours. Cancel, and it sits cancelled for hours. Shut down, and I can’t start Sonar without the windows installer screen popping up and just sitting..

Increase Speed and Pitch

I have some old reel to reel tapes of family stories that I am trying to digitize. The problem is that the tapes start out at a normal speed and pitch but as they play they start going slower and the pitch drops. Sonar Retail Box version - Can I register the Product Code and download latest version?

I have a new Sonar Pro retail box which comes with a registration key.Can I still register it and download the latest version and also get the serial number for Melodyne?Thanks...

Find a new daw, stop using Band in a Box

My work flow until now has been composing a song in Band in a Box, laying out the chords and lyrics on the chord sheet, rendering temporary instrument tracks, dragging them onto Sonar audio tracks, placing markers for the song sections, and transferring the chord symbols and lyrics to the staff view..

I just purchased the update to Platinum (I've been off the program for about a year). I'm using Command Center to update. I'm getting this error message: An error occurred while trying to rename the file in the destination directory. MoveFile code 183 Cannot create a file when that file already ..

What DAW compliments Sonar?

Seems nothing will be shut down for a bit and seems Sonar will be fine to use for now so what DAW works with it? Meaning a DAW that has different functions that can work inside ot along side? I know probably all of them BUT I mean there has to be one or 2 you guys use with it. Suggestions please..

Sonar hangs on startup after I use Studio One

I was fiddling around with the Studio One full demo (which I don't much like) for a while, and then shut it down and decided to fire up Sonar again and get back to more familiar terrain. Except, Sonar won't launch if Studio Ones has been running. I have to reboot my computer before Sonar will launch..
