Export Audio File Naming

When exporting audio files, SONAR has this habit of inserting "Buss," "Track," or whatever you've chosen in the set-up screen to the end of the given file name. How can this be shut off? It is a PIA to keep going in and deleting this SONAR added information from the file name...

Freezing track & CPU

Does a frozen synth use the same CPU as no synth on the track?
