Transfering Sonar projects to another DAW using OMF.

Hi folks. It seems to me in theory at least that the easiest way to transfer projects to another DAW would be a midi file + OMF export from Sonar. Cubase seems to be the star of the group of DAW's that support OMF unless you plan to change to Mac. Of course like all things DAW you dont know the pitf..
