Sonar 7 PE , What Plug In does 7 PE have for great guitar tone manipulation?

O.K. so I bought a new SM57 and I am going to start all over with recording my guitar thru my Tremoverb, Mesa Boogie tube amp. I am not liking the tone I got before so I upgraded to a better mic. I will try all different positions for the mic, according to all the best practices evident from online ..

Midi keeps playing after stop....

Hello all, WHen I stop playback one of my soft synths keeps holding on to notes until I hit the button to reset the audio. It just started doing that. It also holds notes within the playback until the next midi note is played. Any idea what can cause this? Thanks, Greg..

Anyone else see X2's vanishing cursor trick?

I'm merrily working away and suddenly ... poof! I'm without a cursor. A re-start brings it back, but it's stopped being entertaining. Is this a known or just me? David..

TTS-1 at 96000?

All I get is static garbage from TTS-1 when my project is recorded at 96000. Yes, I know it's only MIDI data, and only the vocal audio tracks were recorded at 96k. I have no problem with projects at 44.1k. I can play and preview or record fine at 44.1k. But as long as I have audio at 96k telling my ..

This is not a terrible problem, but it bothers me. After installing X2 Producer, I have opened some old projects from X1 that I have on another drive. I then "Saved As" the project in the Cakewalk Projects folder and go on my merry way editing and messing with them, saving them when I close out of X..

Problem restarting Sonar

I'm having a problem running Sonar X2 Producer. It starts up fine each day. However, after shutting it down the first time, it will not restart. When I open the Task Manager, I see that "SONARPDR.exe" is one of the processes that is still running. If I shut it down in Task Manager, X2 will restart. ..
