AAAAHHH! VIRUS! Tech help needed (Screenshot)

Frequent Crashes?

Running Windows 8 64-bit. X2 PE, Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, i3570k, 8GB DDR3. Workflow is fine for the most part, Installed the 308 patch. Nothing. When I try to save it hangs and also has trouble with VST's that I'm trying to load. Think I should to a clean re-install? Or am I screwed until X2a?..
