16 gb ram usage on sonar x1 64 bit

I have a pretty sweet system (I think anyways...) I have a Dell Studio XPS 9000 with an I7 965 Extreme Gamer Edition @3.2Ghz - its quad core with hyperthreading so it shows as 8 processors, 16gb high speed ram, 64 bit windows 7, and Sonar X1 64 bit. I use an older sound card but it's pretty awesome ..

Programming a dive-bomb sound...advice?

Preference/Midi/Instruments "Define" greyed out?!!

I'm trying to import the Real Guitar stroke map into SONAR X2 and when I try and import it per instructions I can't click the "Define" button to get to "Import" because "Define" is greyed out. I've done all of this successfully on my old computer with X1. What's up with this? Thanks in advance...
