channel tools waht happened!?

Currently I am using M-Audio fast track pro and I am thinking new keyboard which does not has MIDI in/out, but this has USB MIDI connection. If I use both connection for Sonar X1, does this work? Thank you for your advice...

64 Bit Windows, 32 or 64 bit Sonar?

I have a Windows 7 64-bit computer. I have installed Sonar in 64 mode, but my 32 but VSTs do not work. Should I install in 32-bit mode or is there a crafty solution? If there is a threads on this already, please direct me and I'll delete this. thanks..
