Just downloaded Sonar X2 producer Two quick questions

Hello I just downloaded Sonar X2 Producer. Just two quick questions. I ran the set up and Sonar has successfully installed. I also installed Dimension Pro. No Level meter on record or playback (X2 Pro)

When I add a new track and record to it there is no level meter as if no signal is coming into the track. I'll record the track and when I play it back there is still no level meter. Press Record, no record happens

Been having this problem for awhile can't figure it out. When recording a punch in/punch out in midi, some time pressing record just does not do anything. I have tried everything I can think of. When I shut down Sonar and restart, then it works again. Anybody else have this problem? Windows 7 Sonar ..

Recording Gods Hate Me

User Interface disappears for individual modules placed in Pro Channel

Occasional problem with audio not being routed to master bus

Very occasionally, when I open a project and start playback, I hear no sound and nothing is being routed to the master bus even though the tracks are outputting audio according to their meters.
