Sonar X2 Studio, Win 7 x64, Saffire 56 setup issues

Hi guys, I have the above setup and I am struggling to get the Saffire to input any sounds into X2, or have any sounds output from X2 through the Saffire. Video monitor for X2

Track lane mute bug!

Record a track lane. Mute that lane. (mute button lit) Record another take/lane. Hit CTL+Z (undo). Take #2 disappears as it should. Take number 1 mute button is still lit but it will play audibly. Waves Plugins in X2 64bit

I have a few Waves plugins, the CLA compressors and Musician 2 bundles. I notice in the video tutorials I watched on the CLA comps that there are more buttons above the plugin such as bypass etc..
