Memory Fails Me on a Program Change Matter

My Alesis Fusion 8HD is changing it's Program Changes improperly, and I'm not sure what MIDI settings I need to have set in Sonar 8.5.3. I'm not finding the online help all that easy to navigate in X2. Is there an offline version you can get? I can't help but think people with X2 and no internet connection are getting screwed. But maybe I'm missing something...
