Multiple Compressors being affected simultaneously

Is it possible to affect multiple instances of Vintage Channel simultaneously. We're outputting stems using sidechaining...and we need to make changes simultaneously on 5 instances of VC. thx Lou..

mp3 render settings.

hey all I was just rendering a song today and i had a question that has been confusing me for some time When you pick the quality there is 0 ---- 5 and on the left is better and the right is faster if it was a slider for quality wouldn't the higher number mean better quality? this is super confusing..

software reccommendation

all i want to do is have a list of songs on the computer. then when i want to play them i just select the song and send the yamaha keyboard the settings. i tried the crashaholick sonarX! - did not come close to working. if i could post pics on this forum i would show you the settings. thanks fellow ..

Midi events appear to be written sooner than they should

I've tried and tried to play along with the metronome and get my events in time with the tempo of the track but what I think is correct is always too soon. (And sounds too soon when played back!) I would think it would be the other way around considering. But yeah! I've stuck some kick drum hits on ..

Does X2 support Waves Tune plugin now?

Something about the rewire not doing transport as when I tried it last on my 8.5. You could get data every time you pressed start/stop of transport, but nothing running. In Reaper it runs fine - even without the rewire stuff. It just doesn't reposition nowBar from withing Tune. Any input is..

X2: Insert Measures Doesn't Include Buses?

i tried to insert 4 measures, and the track clips and automation all moved 4 measures. but the master bus automation did not also move over 4 measures. how can i get everything, including the buses, to move over 4 measures in 1 action? thanks...

MP3 encoder windows 7

I have recently installed Sonar 8.5 on a windows 7 machine. I have Pro Audio 9 which included the mp3 encoder. When I try to activate it with the pro audio 9 disk it says succesfully activated, but does not work in sonar. Is this encoder still supported?..
