EZDrummer Cymbal Choke

I just installed the Nashville kit for EZDrummer. When I use the mouse to click the crash cymbal, I get nice sustain. When I enter a whole note (4 beats) on the staff for the cymbal (Bb below middle C) and play the MIDI track, the cymbal is choked on the second beat. All that is playing on the track..

How to bring ALL faders down

I can't move all faders either up or down. Is there a way to select all tracks and bring all faders down at the same time? (I need to bring all of them down about 5db) Thanks kind regards joni ps- I had this issue with previous versions of Sonar but back then we could click the little triangle on..

Basic synthesizer setup

I'd like to get my son (age 16) set up with a basic PC-based synthesizer and recording setup. But I can't figure out if I need to purchase Sonar X2 Essential plus the Rapture add-in, or if there is a standalone version of Rapture we can use instead. Can someone clarify? Thanks! Eric..
