How to add gain to a single channel on a stereo WAV file

I recorded a stereo mix. However, the gain on one channel seems to be lower than another channel. Is there a way to increase gain on one channel so that both channel is at the same level?..

How to disable Auto Scroll Lock..

ZED R16 and Sonar LE

I just got an R16 and have it hooked up to Sonar LE that came with it... I am only seeing: Chanel 1/2 Chanel 3/4 Chanel 5/6 Chanel 7/8 I can click on the rest of the channels in the "Audio" setup under the ASIO drivers but it wont stay clicked... there for I can only use the first 7 channels. can so..
