clean audio folder error?

Since the past few updates... every time I try to use the clean audio folder utility - when I go to delete the files I get an error? anyone else? "Cannot delete fike:" then the dile name...? Whats going on? Never had this issue before?..

Cannot use output 1&2 (stereo or mono) Lynx Aurora TB and Platininum
