Midi Channel 1 always echoing

No idea where to look for this, and I've tried the obvious places. I expect the only midi that is echoed out when keyboarded in, is the midi channel to the soft-synth associated to the highlighted track you're sitting on. Midi pan envelopes not working on my midi track.

I have the Studio Instruments Electric Piano softsynth with midi volume and pan envelopes drawn in. The softsynth responds to the volume envelopes but the pan envelopes has no effect whatsoever. Am I missing a setting somewhere? Thanks for any help/advise...

Weird synth problems in X2

For some reason all of my synths are globally tuned a half step high, which is a pain but can be fixed, and also when I try to record parts with any of them I can hear them while I'm playing them but when I play it back there's nothing there. Losing screensets using File / Open+Shift

Bizzare panning inside Trilian mixer due to certain Midi Clips - X2
