Recording software synth on Sonar 8

Hi, Any quick way to convert a software synth's midi note to wav ? Right now, if I want to do the above I will 1) solo that particular software synth track and then mark the loop point (say first 2 bars) 2) export wav. 3) close / quit that software synth and import the wav files into Track-1 fo..

Hello , I have a song that has a 4 second gap, pause, silence that I need to get rid of. Now, I could move each clip back 4 seconds individually, but that's a lot of tricky manoeuvring as there's 18 clips to move. Is there any I can block move all tracks ? . Thanks...
