Mackie MCU Automate Mute with X2

Sonar X2 imports to Takes instead of tracks?

I have SONAR X1 installed on my Windows 7 system, and I've always had it run as admin. However, I forgot what the importance is doing so was... I think to allow some plugins to work. External Insert?

Anyone get this working in X2? For the life of me I cannot make it happen... Lynx Aurora, I can get signal to go out, but when I "enable" external insert the track goes silent...I searched the forum and apparently no one else uses outboard gear around here to mix with...no one has posted about this ..

Bouncing is taking way too long
