Shortcut To Move Now Time Question

Is there a keyboard shortcut to move the Now Time marker to the beginning or end of a selection? I've looked in the reference guide and didn't find anything. I'm hoping I missed something. Seems like a simple thing that I should be able to do. Thanks...

Recommended Export Settings

Hey all, My projects are 24 bit, 48 K. What export setting would give me the best results for sites like Soundcloud. I usually do "What You Hear" and have recently gotten better results turning off dithering. What do you all use? Thanks! Donny..
