Dimension Pro question

I'm using Dimension Pro > Expansion Pack 2 > Orchestral > Celestial harp. There is a lot of delay on the Celestial harp. I have turned every knob and pushed every button to try to find a way to get rid of most of the delay. How do you adjust the delay on it? Thanks! Greg..
