kontakt - MIDI, drum loop separation Q

I have kontakt 5 and am using a pre-made loop they have made in one of the kits, Anyone know if it is possible to channel all the instruments in that particular loop? currently it is only one MIDI note if ya get me, or can it even be done?? Cian..

How do I get rid of the gray box when I select track?

I'm trying to get to the pan controls on left side of screen in X2. At the top are tabs for clip, track, and pro channel....when I hit the tab for "track" I can't see the pan control because the gray box that shows properties, audio snap, colors, and description are in the way I used to double click..
