Step Sequencer Help

Are there any videos that dive deep(er) into the step sequencer? Every video I've seen uses Session Drummer and nothing else. I'd like to know more on how to use it with other applications. Do I have to use it with a plug in/instrument only? Can I use it with, say the "One Shot" audio clips that com..

SONAR X2 - overlap cropping tool

[SOLVED] Has anyone dabbled with R-MIX yet? (mine does not work)

I'm still going through all the various plug-ins to make sure they work okay in X2. I thought I'd give R-MIX a go so I inserted an instance in the FX bin of my master channel. When is V-Vocal going to stop crashing X1 -X2

Battery mono outs not showing in X2

I'm trying to set up a Battery kit with multiple outputs in X2. First time I've done this in Sonar and I've run up against a problem. By default, Battery has 16 stereo outputs set up, and these all show as inputs in Sonar. However, if I add mono outputs to Battery in the options, they don't register..

Piano shoot out results...

I just did a shoot out with Cakewalk's True Piano vrs East West's Steinway B from their Gold Complete Symphonic Orchestra program, and The Steinway and C7 from Ivory II. I used the same midi file for testing all the pianos. Here's my opinion... True Pianos was a bit loud and harsh but still sounded ..
